Job Description

As an Admin Officer, your responsibilities include inventory management, organizing company records, roster scheduling, budget and office reporting, invoicing and customer service. Ideal candidate would:

Have a strong understanding of business management and industry knowledge.
Work closely with the marketing and business development teams.
Manage regular operations, logistics and resources.
Prepare reports for operations and resources.
Work closely with management for the smooth operations.


Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in organizational development and human resources.
Having 4 years or more of experience in similar position
Good knowledge of Excel and strong database skills.
Quick to learn new skills and use wit and expertise in his/her work.
Strong analytical ability.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
