Present company information to prospect and current clients.
Handle complaints, suggestions, and updates from individual customers and members.
Conduct market research to expand the growth.
Attend meetings, training, seminars and other events.
Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with own team to achieve revenue goals.
Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities and prospective clients.
Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
Contribute to team effort by coordinating with inter-departments as needed
Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in related field.
Must possess strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication
Must have good negotiation skills
Must be able to create a good presentation
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detailed oriented and an active listener
Capable to work effectively under pressure maintaining healthy office environment.
Experience in software sales and marketing/ IT Business Development will be an added advantage.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
